Standard delivery - Free Shipping 7-10 days

• The estimated delivery time will be between 7-10 days in INDIA, depending on the delivery address.(Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days)

Returns/Exchange

• For all online purchases, we have our return policy of 5 days from the day of delivery.  
• If you wish to return your product simply write us on hello@nappahaus.com and obtain your return or file a return on our returns portal. 
• Kindly note, the products must be unused with original hang tags and a valid receipt for being eligible for returns.
• Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money to the source account. For COD orders we will ask you for your bank details.
• For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

Kindly make sure to mention your order number while placing a return. Return requests will not be processed without your order number.

Refunds

 The refund will be initiated to your NAPPAHAUS wallet or the original payment as per your request.

Refund processing time : Refund will be initiated within 48 - 72 hours upon receipt of your package at our warehouse after a quality check.

For return pick ups our logistic partner will pick your product in one/two attempts. If you do not hand over the product in two successful attempts your return will be cancelled.
